Week 1
Build the habit
Red + infrared light, 15 min. Heat activates automatically — let it work. You may not notice anything yet — that's completely normal. The habit starts here.
Week 2
Activate the response
You add vibration. Some people start noticing less stiffness when they wake up and less muscle tension during the day.
Week 3
Consolidate
Full mode — light + heat + vibration. Adjust the light and vibration intensity to whatever feels best. Most people notice improved mobility and less baseline pain this week.
Week 4
Evaluate and decide
