Refund Policy

As a consumer, you have the right to return your order within the first 14 days of receipt, without needing to provide a reason.

In addition, we offer a 30-day risk-free trial. If after using the product you are not satisfied, we will refund you in full — no awkward questions.

To properly evaluate the results, we recommend following the 4-Week Llunea Protocol included with your device. This is how Oscar works with his patients and where most people start noticing changes.

To initiate a return, email us at hola@llunea.com with your order number. We will reply within 48 hours with instructions.

The product must be returned in its original packaging and in good condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or our error.

Once we receive the product, we process the refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days, using the same original payment method.

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped. Email us at hola@llunea.com as soon as possible with your order number.
