What really happens (that almost nobody explains)
Most people expect linear results. The reality is different:
Use it → notice something → keep using it
Weeks 1–2 no changes → week 3 starts → week 4 you evaluate

How the protocol works
Don't evaluate results yet. The goal is to use it every day. Red + infrared light, 15 min. Heat and vibration optional if you find them comfortable. You may not notice anything — that's completely normal.
You add heat. You start noticing less stiffness or more ease when moving. Not everyone at the same week — but the direction starts here.
⚠️ Heat is indicated for chronic conditions. Do not use with recent injuries, acute inflammation or swelling — in those cases use light only.

Is it safe to use every day?
Yes. Red and near-infrared light are not UV radiation — they don't burn or damage the skin. It's safe for daily use. The recommended dose is 15–20 minutes per session. The Llunea Protocol is designed specifically for daily use — consistency is what makes the difference. If you have a pacemaker or other electronic implant, consult your doctor before using.
When will I start noticing results?
